Hillcrest redevelopment site on Saint Paul’s East Side.

The Saint Paul Planning Commission’s upcoming public hearing on the Hillcrest site will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. The hearing will be on the Hillcrest Master Plan, the Hillcrest Rezoning Study, the Hillcrest Zoning Code Study, and an associated amendment to the Saint Paul Comprehensive Plan.

The proposed master plan, rezoning study, zoning code study, and Comprehensive Plan amendment can be found at the City of Saint Paul's Hillcrest (Golf Course) Master Plan website.
