Transit Oriented Development & Land Value Tax for Sustainability
LVT and TOD: they are not just for policy wonks, tax geeks, and transit freaks! Join us and a few other organizations as Metro Transit helps us decode what Land Value Tax (LVT) and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) mean and how sustainable housing intersects climate, transportation, and equity! You'll also learn about a bill to authorize the creation of land-value taxation districts that will be reintroduced by State Representative Steve Elkins.
